Alliance for Representative Clinical Trials (ARC)
ARC is a public/private program of community clinicians that are organized to diversify and bring clinical trials to racial and ethnic minority communities, and others that have been underrepresented in clinical trials.
PI Institute
Principal Investigator Institute (PI Institute) is an educational institution devoted to the training of community clinicians to become clinical trial principal investigators (PIs).
Community clinicians and designated research staff are trained by PPD- a leading global contract research organization (CRO).
A thirteen-hour training course is offered to provide comprehensive, integrated drug development, laboratory, and lifecycle management services.
A research site feasibility survey is employed to determine what, if any, upgrades (equipment, personnel, etc.) are needed to organize the clinician practice as a clinical research site.
